  • Optimize user experience on your event site: Ensure users can easily buy tickets and access essential event information like timings, agendas, and speaker details. Create a dedicated page for ticket holders with all the necessary information in one place.
  • Implement an informational Chatbot: Add a chatbot to your website that can answer questions about your event, such as speaker recommendations, travel options, and venue information. Focus on providing useful information rather than sales pitches.
  • Refine your registration form: Make the registration process seamless and user-friendly to encourage more sign-ups.
